The Groove Avengers are working on new remixes for their third single "I Love The Jam" which will be released in January 08. New remixes by Cassandra Allen, Dizasteroid and Christ On A Bike have already been produced with the band also working on more mixes for a full 6 or 8 track single.

The band also have a new song in collaboration with US rapper Faltha Balloon called "Down But Not Beaten", a version of this will be uploaded soon for everyone to listen to.

Christ On A Bike have already produced more than fifteen songs for their next LP which is due Autumn 08 as well as remixes for other artists. They are also working on more songs.

Chris Sakes is also working on a solo LP which he has been writing for the last two years. he is hoping to produce a full 10 track LP by the Summer 08.

Trancel8r is the newest artist to the Manor Records label and his trance and techno pop tunes will be available buy mid-08 as well, with single tracks being released first off.

So the future is looking very good for all the artists on Manor Records. Happy New Year to everyone.

"Running For The Good Life" is released as a single in two different remixes alongside another remix, this time of "All Aboard The Caledonian Express" which is re-dubbed as "All Aboard The Highland Express" whilst there is a run-out for a track from the next LP "Adult Games" called "Are You Most Haunted?". This song is a longer and faster version of the track which will be on the next LP. There is also a brand new track called "On The Edges Of Something" to complete the line-up.

"Running For The Good Life" appears as a new remix called Splash Big C Remix, which is quite different whilst the second version is by that excellent sonic remixer Dizasteroid, who produces the Fresh remix of the song. This single will be released on Friday 30th March 2007.

"Watching The Stars" has made back into the Top Ten Pop - Dreampop chart on Broadjam at No. 9 after a very favourable review from a musician on the site. A further success has followed on Noisehead where our track, "All Aboard The Caledonian Express" went to the top of the latest Electronica chart on Noisehead. "Child's Play" has given the band their highest placing on any Soundclick chart with the No.6 position on the Instrumentals - Pop yesterday. Whilst this track also made it's highest climb also to No. 6 on the Broadjam Electronic - Electronica Top Ten chart. Unfortunately, a rather picky Canadian musician gave us a terrible review with an overall score of just 1! We have now sunk from the chart!!! Oh hum, you cannot please everyone!

"Child's Play" has made it the band's fourth Top Ten hit on Broadjam following on from "Everytime", "Watching The Stars" and "The Sun And The Moon" who all made it to their respective genre Top Ten's. This time "Child's Play" has reached No. 7 on the Electronica - Electronica sub- genre chart with plenty of plays and some marvellous reviews by other artists that we will be adding soon to our Reviews page.

Chris has finished off and delivered to US experimental solo artist, Onision, a remix of his haunting track "Desperate For Sorrow". Commenting on the remix, Chris stated that this was the most difficult remix he has done so far although the end result appears to be very good as Gregory from Onision has given his seal of approval to the mix.

This is COAB's third remix for other artists, following on from Cassandra Allen in '06 and Dizasteroid in January '07. It is hoped that the band will be able to release these remixes at a later stage and will also be adding them here to play on this site. The new Onision remix may feature in the Download section soon as a playable track.

The band have one more remix on the go right now, whilst they have been contacted by bands as far away as Australia and Los Angeles to complete remixes for them. It is hoped that they will reciprocate with remixes of new songs by COAB as well.

"Child's Play" is only on the Funender daily Experimental Pop chart for a few days and made No. 1 today! This is yet another wonderful first for Christ On A Bike. With "Watching The Stars" popping up at No.1 last year and again on the daily Vocal House chart almost every week now, we are now hoping that "Running For The Good Life" could make it a hat-trick of No.1's then where it currently lies no.7 on the daily Progressive Electronica chart after just two days!

However we have also found another site to load our songs and on Sunday 28th January, three tracks from "Child's Play" LP were loaded onto the site for play and also for purchase at just $0.69cents. That's about £0.40p in the UK, very cheap! Keep looking out at Noisehead as if this is a popular site and we may well load the whole album there and therefore you'd be able to buy the 12 individual tracks and download them at just 40p each!!!! Since the New Year the band have been working on remixes of a song by Irish solo act Dizasteroid entitled "Waterdance". Dizasteroid has been around as long as the band (approx 3 years) and has built up quite a reputation for himself. Coming out of Dublin, his Broadjam site has almost 100 songs of varying genres but never varying quality. "Waterdance" is his take on a cinematic soundtrack of the classic 1950's film "On The Waterfront" starring Marlon Brando and features various cuts from it. COAB have provided two remixes so far, the first the COAB Contender Remix can be heard on their MySpace site, just follow the link below. A second version has also been loaded at Dizasteroid's Broadjam site where you can hear both songs and also as a bonus, his take on a Christ On A Bike song  from the forthcoming LP "Child's Play" entitled "Running For The Good Life" which may now feature as a possible single too.  To reach the Broadjam site just click the following other link and search for Dizasteroid.
